Barakat brings a fresh take on Cape Malay cuisine, CARNE celebrates Italian simplicity, and De Vrije Burger serves Bertus Basson’s well-known burger concept. There is also Asian-inspired street food from How Bao Now, contemporary Indian street food at Kapoochka, ramen from Ramenhead, sushi from Sushiya, seafood from The Melting Pot, and South African deli favourites from The Siba Deli.
